Be encouraged that what you are looking for, God has it. You can't find it in the material things of this world. Cry out to God in prayer for His guidance and direction for your life. Sometimes we look for joy to come from the things we obtain or the people we are around. But as believers we obtain joy through our relationship with God, Our Father. A time of reflection is good because it can help you to grow. During this activity you learn to let go of the things of the past that still hinder you in your today.
